Self-supporting and hot-dipped side frames for heavy duty use. They are mounted separately from the  motor and axle with the effect that they can be easily replaced in case of a dammage.

There is a PVC window (thickness: 2 mm) in the roller door panel over the entire width, 1300 mm to 2200 mm above the edge of the floor, included as standard. Multiple windows and fully transparent door panels are available as options.

The roller panel is guided within the side frame by tandem rollers that are attached to the spring steel (types /FS), or to the square tubes (tpyes /VR) or to the round tubes (types /RR).

Spring force crash protection (up to a max. clear width of 5000 mm)
The retaining mechanism is opened if a vehicle hits the bottom part of the door. The guide at the closing edge of the door immediately springs back into the closing edge of the door and can thus be pressed out on both sides of the guides. The crash end pieces are not stressed mechanically by the crash and thus have a long service life.

Worm gear motor 1.5 KW/ 3 x 400 V/ IP 54 type of protection
The worm gear motor used ( GFA) was specially developed for high-speed doors. Einigen Tortypen und Varianten (15, 25 und FR) sind bereits serienmäßig mit Frequenz-Technologie ausgestattet.
- It is characterized by its robust and low-maintenance design.
- Standard version with digital limit switches (absolute encoder).
- Self-regulating motor brake 9 N/m.
- The motor can be located on the left or the right.
- Emergency unlocking by a chain hoist which can be operated from the ground.

Safety devices
- The worm gear motor is equipped with a safety catch and antifall guard as standard.

- The door area is monitored by a safety light barrier with reflector.
- The closing edge of the door is equipped with a self-monitoring contact strip to protect personnel.
- The safety regulations of the German directive BGR 232 for motor-driven doors have been fulfilled.
- Proven safety of operational forces and secure opening in accordance with DIN EN 13241-1.

Special configurations for refrigerated areas with heating in the side frames, covering hood,
motor and safety light barrier.
